No, you don't need to vacuum your carpets before Chem-Dry cleans them. We will vacuum your entire carpet with a powerful vacuum cleaner equipped with a HEPA filter before we start our Hot Carbonating Extraction cleaning. 

The time Chem-Dry takes to clean your carpet can vary. It depends on the area of the carpet, the number of rooms, their size, and how dirty the carpets are. 

Small cleaning tasks may take 1 to 2 hours. Larger jobs could take most of the morning or afternoon. 

Chem-Dry recommends a professional cleaning every 6 to 12 months for most carpets.
